This illustration is of an Austin A35 produced from the late 1950s to late 1960s. It replaced the Austin A30 which was launched as the ‘new Austin 7‘, and was Austins competition to Morris’ Minor. The A35 had a larger and more powerful engine with 34hp!
In this picture the car is on a holiday trip to the seaside. Is it parked up with Worthing Pier in the background.
The image is available as a giclée print (see additional information). Each print is signed by the artist Steve Goodwin.
